Andrew Taylor
Dr. Andrew Taylor is an Australian social sciences academic and researcher.
Taylor graduated from the University of Queensland in 1991 and received his Master's from Southern Cross University in 2006. His PhD thesis, awarded in 2012, investigated policy and theoretical implications from changing migration practices for Indigenous Territorians (Taylor, 2012).
As of 2023, Taylor is a Senior Research Fellow at the Northern Institute at Charles Darwin University, researching the causes and consequences of population change for the Northern Territory and northern regions (Charles Darwin University, 2023).
Prior to academia, Taylor worked for a decade with the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
