The Life Insurance Federation of Australia (LIFA) was the Australian peak body for life insurance providers, established in 1980. In 1995 it was dissolved, with its mandates absorbed by the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) and the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA).
