Sigurd Dyrting

Sigurd Dyrting is a researcher based in the Northern Territory of Australia.

"I specialise in the application of mathematical, statistical, and computational methods to demographic problems. My current research is on estimation techniques for small populations with an emphasis on preparing inputs used by practitioners for demographic analysis and population projections."

Dyrting was educated at Australian National University, and was awarded his PhD from the University of Queensland.
