Steve Dickson
Steven Lance Dickson (24 June 1962—) is an Australian politician.
He was a member of the Queensland Legislative Assembly beginning in 2006, representing the electorates of Kawana (2006–2009) and Buderim (2009–2017). First elected for the Liberal Party, he joined the Liberal National Party in the 2008 merger, but switched to Pauline Hanson's One Nation in January 2017. He subsequently lost his seat to the LNP candidate at the 2017 election. Dickson served as Minister for National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing in the Campbell Newman government from 2012 to 2015.
In August 2020, Dickson announced that he would run for his previous seat of Buderim in the upcoming state election as an independent. He lost, coming in 4th place.
