Caroline Stacey (14 August 1914 - 28 July 1994) was an Australian pioneering drover.
Stacey was born one of four daughters and a son to a pastoralist family. She was brought up by her grandfather Bill on O.T. Station, in the Barkly tablelands region of the Northern Territory.
She married Norman in Newcastle Waters Police Station 1929; they had eight children together and worked as drovers, taking cattle south to Alice Springs; later, her husband had the mail run from Borroloola to Mataranka for three years.
Norman passed away in 1950, after which Stacey worked as a cook at various locations, including in Queensland.
She lived in Katherine during her later years. She died in 1994 and was buried at Katherine cemetery.
