Jacqueline Marie Kelly (18 February 1964—) is a former Australian politician.
Born in New Zealand, Kelly attended the Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College, in North Sydney. She studied law at the University of Queensland, where she also attained a 'full blue' for rowing, and later represented Australia.
In May 1989, she was admitted as a barrister of the Supreme Court of Queensland, practicing from 1989 to 1996 as a legal officer with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).
She was elected to the Australian Parliament as the MP for Lindsay, on Sydney's fringe in 1996. Kelly held the seat for the Liberal party until her retirement from politics in 2007.
In 1996, Kelly was suspended from Senate for 24 hours after she defied the Speaker by abstaining from the final vote on Mr Kevin Andrews' anti-euthanasia bill despite remaining in the chamber ("MPs suspended after ruckus", 1996).
