Baiba Berzins

Baiba Beata Berzins (1944-) was Principal Archivist at the Northern Territory Archives Service from 1987-1990 and has written multiple books, including "A university for the Territory : the Northern Territory University and preceding institutions 1949-1999" with Peter Loveday in 1999.
