This collection of papers constitutes the second volume in the series titled Northern Territory Insights: Gender Equity and Diversity in Focus.
The papers in this series bring together some of Australia’s leading academics on issues of gender equity
and diversity. But don’t worry, we have aimed to make them digestible. As well as including research
specifically for the NT, the papers incorporate learnings and lessons from research and evidence collected
from elsewhere that have been applied to the Territory context.
