Kevin Livingston set up the NT External Studies Centre at Darwin Institute of Technology in 1982. He was Coordinator until his departure in 1988, when Allan Herrmann stepped into the role. The editions of the newsletter held by the ARA were edited (at different times) by Bev Maxwell and Rigmor George.
